New Release: Cat In A Cozy Green Sweater

 

Cat In A Cozy Green Sweater is online today... This little cutie goes along with the March Cat from the Cat Tales Collection. The pattern design stitch count is 53 x 53, so it is a square design, and it's not huge. It looks cute framed, but would also make a really nifty little decorative pillow like the one I made with Cat In A Cozy Blue Sweater. 

Working on a pattern with crows right now (no, there are no cats in it)... I really like this new crow design coming up. It has 2 extra little charts to stitch along with it...

New Releases: O Sing Unto The Lord (Pattern 2009-E) and Cantad Á Jehová (Pattern 2009-S)

 
 

Two new patterns have been released... O Sing Unto The Lord (Pattern 2009-E), which is Psalm 96:1, and the same verse in Spanish, Cantad Á Jehová (Pattern 2009-S). We are getting ready for spring with the bird and birdhouse theme... and those heart-shaped musical notes are so cute!

*The instructions for the Spanish verse are in English; only the verse in the design is in Spanish.

 

Free Pattern Release: Whosoever Shall Call - Acts 2:21

 

Whosoever Shall Call is a free Bible verse cross stitch pattern based on Acts 2:21. This is a square pattern with only whole cross stitches. I love how the border on this one turned out.  🥰

New Release: March Cat Cross Stitch Pattern from the Cat Tales Collection

 

The March Cat cross stitch pattern from the Cat Tales Collection is out... this pattern is full of orange and green hearts and shamrocks, with a wee bit of Celtic knot work... I used orange and green since they both appear on the Irish flag.

3.79″w x 5.79″h on 14-count aida

3.31″w x 5.06″h on 16-count aida

...and shamrocks only have 3 leaves.    ☘   💟

New Release: Spring Crow and Strawberry

 

If you don't like the weather, stick around for a day... Tuesday we had about 10" of snow. Yesterday, we had rain. Today it's sunny and is supposed to go up to 57 degrees...  what a weather roller coaster!  :-)

But I'm thankful for today's sunshine. It's pretty on the snow-covered ground. We still have about 3" that hasn't melted yet.

The Spring Crow and Strawberry is out today, with this beautiful spring-like weather we're having today... this is the fourth of the seasonal crows... Summer Crow and Watermelon, Autumn Crow and Pumpkin, and Winter Crow and Apple. I haven't chosen my favorite yet...

New Release: Heart Alphabet Cat

 

The Heart Alphabet Cat is the next Cat in the Cat Tales Collection... This cat is surrounded by the alphabet and a scattering of hearts. It's a cute little alphabet sampler that's stitched in shades of pink and green.

New Release: Strawberry Patch

 

New Release Pattern: Strawberry Patch (Pattern # 1069)

This new pattern, Strawberry Patch, makes me think of the little strawberry patch in the back yard of the house I grew up in. It was way in the back of the yard by the woods, honeysuckle vines, and daffodil garden. Oh, and a few huge persimmon trees. When I showed the design to my mom, she also said it made her think of that little strawberry patch... 🍓

It's a square pattern that uses only whole cross stitches. The design stitch count is 115w v 115h.
